Blister machine KBS-C medplus®

Developed to meet exacting demands, the next KOCH medplus® generation convincingly extends our range and reflects our expertise. The innovative machine concept combines a large forming area and compact machine dimensions. This small footprint, plus straightforward assembly and setups, allows alternating use in normal packaging areas and cleanrooms up to ISO Class 7.

Whether syringes, surgical instruments and sets, medicines, treatment sets, or needles, the KBS-C medplus® packages small and medium-sized batches in quick succession, at a high cycle rate, and in excellent blister quality. Innovative processes are used to achieve this. The patented smart heating function accurately controls the heating energy and, in combination with the smart forming function, reduces the forming material consumption. Perfectly formed blisters are the result.
