Evosys EVOWELD MINI - Compact machine for laser plastic welding
Evosys EvoWeld Mini means place, connect, weld. With a compact footprint, the system designed as a tabletop unit has everything needed for laser welding. Of course, it also complies with laser class 1, which means that no further safety equipment is required during operation. All essential components are already included in the basic version. The laser including cooling, beam shaping and guiding, and the necessary control components are integrated in the housing.
Evosys EVOWELD - Stand-Alone System
The EvoWeld is a universal laser welding machine for processing small and medium series. Depending on the application, the system can be equipped with different laser sources and optic modules, thus offering a wide area of operations. With a footprint of approx. 1 m2, it fits into any application environment.
Evosys EVO 0800 - Process module quasi-simultaneous welding
The EVO 0800-TD is a slim process module with customized lasers and optics for contour or quasi-simultaneous welding of plastics.
Out of the box, all components relevant for the welding process are part of the process module. The joining force required for the welding process is realized by the integrated clamping module. The clamping movement takes place in the so-called top-down clamping concept from top to bottom, with integrated joining path monitoring.
Evosys EVO 0750 - Laser module quasi-simultaneous welding
The EVO 0750 is a compact laser module with tailor-made optical configuration for contour or quasi-simultaneous welding of plastics.
The robust welding head is optimized for integration into an automation environment. Control options via common fieldbus systems enable efficient project planning and flexible use in production.
The laser module can be equipped and expanded with different configurations for laser plastic welding.
Evosys EVO 0550 - Laser module with fixed optics
The EVO 0550 is a fixed-focus, compact laser module for welding plastics. The welding head has been optimized for integration into an automation environment.
The robus design and a control option via common fieldbus systems enable efficient project planning and flexible use in production.
