CAM-Service does develop NC programming software for laser processing since 1990. CAM-Service is well known for its sophisticated software CAGILA® and its excellent customer support. CAGILA® does support all kinds of NC controllers, lasers and optics for 2D and 3D laser applications. Especially for medical area CAGILA® does provide sophisticated function and modules for tube processing of stents, spirals, hypo tubes and needles.

With CAGILA® 2026 a new AI based modules like 'NC-Optimizer' and 'CAGI-Assist' will be released. Based on the NC axis encoder data the 'NC-Optimizer' does analyze and optimize the NC tool path quality to decrease the deviation between original CAD contour and resulting NC tool path, influenced by the axis dynamics. AI based models with machine learning strategies assist to find the optimized tool path strategies for the customized laser machines. Another AI based module is 'CAGI-Assist', to answer user questions about machines and their components or custom specific documents. 'CAGI-Assist' is able to gain and increase user knowledge. It does run within the customers local network to avoid any loss of confidential information to the web.
