3D MicroPrint GmbH manufactures high-precision micro metal components by using Micro Laser Sinter technology. We offer a full service from engineering, product design, prototype development to series production of your unique application. Our Micro Laser Sintering process aims to produce high-resolution micro components in the micrometer range. With our "Print-as-One" process, we can profitably produce complex geometries in a single operation for moving parts, without having to assemble the parts from individual components.

Our current standard material portfolio includes the stainless steel alloys 1.4404 and 1.4542 as well as the material titanium in Grade 5 / 23 (Ti6Al4V), plus Copper alloys and Inconel®. Furthermore, 3D MicroPrint GmbH offers material developments for exclusive technologies on demand.
