Novoplast Schlauchtechnik GmbH from Germany is the leading partner for the design and production of plastic tubing and profiles with a diameter of 0.1 to 50 mm for use in medical technology.In addition to class 6 and 8 clean rooms in accordance with ISO 14644-1, we have state-of-the-art production facilities and the corresponding measuring equipment. Thanks to our extensive expertise in materials and technology, we are able to develop specific solutions for closely coordinated product developments and make them ready for series production.
We develop and manufacture high-quality tubes, connectors and applications as well as customer-specific assemblies for demanding applications in medical technology. Our components are used in the fields of infusion, dialysis, endoscopy, enteral nutrition, but also in hearing aids, for example. All components are fine, light and efficient.

We develop and manufacture high-quality tubes, connectors and applications as well as customer-specific assemblies for demanding applications in medical technology. Our components are used in the fields of infusion, dialysis, endoscopy, enteral nutrition, but also in hearing aids, for example. For many years, we have successfully combined the two manufacturing techniques of extrusion and injection molding in demanding medical technology projects, thus offering creative solutions from a single source. Increasingly, we are also development partners and accompany medical products from the idea to the finished product. For medical technology, we offer both microextrusion for tubes with a diameter of less than 2 mm and coextrusion for the insertion of functional strips in the tube wall, as well as monolayer, multilayer and multilumen tubes.Tubes for medical technology
