About us
The company manufactures and develops injection molds and tools for the plastics processing industry. The focus is on the production of injection molds for special injection molding processes such as multi-component injection molding technology or injection molding assembly technology.
Since 2008, the company has expanded its range of services to include industrial computed tomography. F. & G. Hachtel GmbH & Co. KG offers a comprehensive inspection and qualification of components and assemblies as a service based on X-ray technology. The company was qualified by Airbus in 2018 with its industrial CT testing methodology for the NDT testing of additively manufactured components made of titanium and Incoloy.
Since 2018, G. &. G. Hachtel GmbH & Co. KG has had an additive manufacturing process, the Hot Lithography technology. This makes it possible to manufacture and develop technical functional parts made of plastic additively for small batch sizes.

Products & Services
Mold making and injection molding.
Industrial computed tomography as a service.
Highly precise additively manufactured parts.
The company manufactures and develops injection molds and tools for the plastics processing industry. The focus is on the production of injection molds for special injection molding processes such as multi-component injection molding technology or injection molding assembly technology. This also includes material combinations of thermoplastic and LSR (liquid silicones).
Hachtel also offers an inspection and qualification service for components and assemblies based on x-ray and computed tomography technologies.
Over the past years, the company has established the entire process chain, from digitalization and additive manufacturing with the hot lithography process to component qualification. Thus provides a fast manufacturing process for the production of technical plastic components, even for small batch sizes.
Additively manufactured highly precise and temperatur resistant part
The component was used to test a geometry variation. The ability to produce the new geometry using an additive manufacturing process saved the time-consuming, expensive and time-intensive production of an injection mold. The printed component was integrated successfully directly in the serial production overmolding process.
