About us
EBE sensors + motion is a developer and manufacturer of OEM products and components for series production in the fields of sensor technology, components for HMI interfaces as well as actuator technology and mechatronics. The main focus is on level sensors, quality sensors and touch sensors based on technologies developed in house for the medical, appliance, industrial and mobility sectors.In addition, EBE develops and manufactures robust encoders, rotary switches and buttons that can be adapted to customer requirements, as well as customised solenoids. EBE sensors + motion has its headquarters in Leinfelden-Echterdingen near Stuttgart, Germany.

EBE level sensors reliably detect media in non-conductive containers, and they not only look through container walls but also through adhesions such as blood, dialysis water and other infusion additives such as heparin. The analysis algorithms developed can be designed for a great variety of ambient and usage conditions.Quality sensors from EBE sensors + motion reliably measure the composition of various media. The sensors can determine the quality and mixing ratio of a wide range of liquids and viscous pastes.
For harsh environments, EBE technology offers a completely redesigned capacitive button that remains fully functional even when completely submerged in water. Capacitive touch sensors from EBE sensors + motion are capable of suppressing distorting parameters in order to ensure a reliable operation, even in case of heavy soiling or operation with gloves.

EBE's CapaTEC® LCPB level sensors are easily mounted to the outside of a container to measure contact-free over wide level ranges. Highly accurate and reliable capacitive technology compensates for changes in ambient environmental conditions such as outside capacitives and artifacts.

EBE HMI Encoder with wear free detent mechanism
The BGE16 is a fully electronic stainless steel rotary encoder in a very compact design for quick and easy setting of digital values. Also suitable for motion and angle tracking up to 33,000 rpm.
Recognition of rotation direction via quadrature signals. Optionally equipped with a wear-free magnetic detent and a HALL sensor-based switch, the BGE16 offers excellent tactile feedback. Most of the BGE16's features are adjustable to your needs.

EBE’s touch sensors are a perfect fit for harsh environments. Thanks to their proprietary compensation technology these touch sensors reliably detect operator input. Even dirt, EMC interference or unintentional contact will not prevent secure operation of this sensors.
